Dear Jessica. Thank you for your comment. As a researcher my greatest interest is trying to answer the questions GBS mamas and papas might have.

Have you found that the gender difference in rates of epilepsy is similar for rates of autism and ADHD more commonly found in boys?

Dear Marti. Thank you for your comment. I am currently working on answering this question in my next study. Preliminary results suggest a higher risk of neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, but we will dig deaper into this field shortly and hopefully being able to give you a better answer😊

I found this very interesting. I am a GBS stillbirth mother and I also have a husband who had epilepsy as a child. I wonder if he had GBS exposure. I will research on my end. Thank you for all the important work you are doing for our children!

Dear Ashley. I am sorry for your loss. Thank you for your thoughts. I hope you and your husband will take comfort in the answers you find.
