Thank you for your concise and easily understandable overview of GBS. I am a GBS grandmother and sadly none of this information was available to our family when my grandson developed LO-GSBD which led to sepsis, meningitis and brain damage from seizures. How wonderful it would be to have this presentation available in every OB/GYN office so, especially after the first test shows positive, parents would be able to sit and watch and become educated! Please consider making a DVD that can be ordered or providing a link to this that can be included in the materials currently available.
All of the presentations on the conference have been amazingly informative, but this one seems most appropriate for non-medical parents. It's an overview that would help otherwise unknowing people aware and perhaps encourage additional research to support them when they need to advocate for their little one.

Bless you for honoring your sister in this way!

Thank you so much for your comment! Comments like yours really make all the work worthwhile. I also want to express my support for your and your grandson.

Your idea to show this to parents who've tested positive is wonderful, and I will speak to the doctors we are connected with about it! One of our main goals is to help inform parents about GBS as they are vital in making a change. We are so appreciative that you have joined in spreading GBS awareness!
