I went into labor at 24 1/2 weeks along. It was a Thursday and my 6 month appt was the next day on a Friday. I was told after the fact that pregnant women are tested for Group B strep at their 6 month appt. I was a day late. If I had been tested in time I feel this premature labor would have stopped.
