My son was running a high fever a month after he was born. I took him to the hospital and they admitted him. They initially diagnosed him with a urinary tract infection, but realized he had Group B Strep in his blood. He has a weak immune system which is how he contracted it. After a week of IV antibiotics he was released. — Megan Lincoln, USA
